Refund Policy
- Assessment & Job Search Services: 100% non-refundable
- Fees are non-refundable if:
- Client withdraws voluntarily
- Required documents are not submitted within 60 days
- Eligibility criteria (including IELTS) are not met
- Application is rejected due to fraud, medical failure, or insufficient funds
Partial refunds:
- 40% if eligibility rules change
- 25% in case of rejection by authorities
Approved refunds are processed within 45–60 days via company cheque.
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted.
Products & Services
- Assessment Services: Profile evaluation reports issued within 48 hours (non-refundable)
- Full Services: Immigration and visa processing handled in India; refunds as per policy
- Application Forms: Provided on a paid subscription basis
Errors & Corrections
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing or service errors and cancel affected orders. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.
Changes to Terms
The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
